Dr Robert M Deacon, University of Oxford
Dr Deacon is a behavioral neuroscientist. He has special interest in devising methods for behavioral phenotyping in animal models of neurologic disorders, with overall aim of testing novel treatments for these disorders. A lot of his research focuses on hippocampal lesions typical of Alzheimer’s disease.
Dr Deacon has >110 international journal publications, including several Nature Protocols on novel behavioral phenotyping tests in mice.
